Upgrade Planning and Implementation |
Wyvil has developed a successful methodology and tools for the upgrade. Wyvil uses customized ASAP approach to plan and implement upgrade.
It’s a 5 phased approach that starts with determining size and scope to Go-live and support.
Every phase is well documented to make sure the entire upgrade team very well communicated.
During the course of upgrade project , the following deliverables are committed during the different phases of the project.
- A detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- A detailed Project Plan with resource assignments outlining the tasks at a detailed level for the completion of the project.
- A recommended layout document specifying the appropriate system landscape/ architecture for Upgrade
- Customization and Configuration, with high-level documentation.
- A detailed testing strategy/ plan for a thorough testing of the newly configured system, that would meet the requirements outlined in BRD.
- Knowledge transfer – On the job and using Train the Trainer approach
